I think you will find the comment about buying a flexible ticket didn't come from a BA staffer at all. It is logical if you can't figure out who is staff and who isn't then keep yur thoughts to your...............

Also nice statement abou a policy of hostility to pax 99/100 BA staff I have ever met have had zero hostility.
