I have a deluxe room with balcony reserved, and I know the hotel will be very busy, so not a great chance of a junior suite upgrade. How much nicer are the junior suites? Is it worth 20k points to get a confirmed junior suite (for five nights) -- not that they've offered it but sometimes I'm successful by kicking in extra points.
