Sorry if this one has already been covered, not an easy one to search for. I registered for maintaining the conversion of expiring upgrades into miles, and it's been working ever since. Flew on other airlines last summer, so haven't had any 500-milers expire in a few months. However, four have disappeared overnight, and no miles have been credited. I guess the offer might have been time-limited - can't remember.
