Appologies if this is a repost but I'm having trouble navigating this site.

I have a USAIR Club access card. Can I use this along with my Lufthansa ticket to access the Senator lounge and SAS Scandanavian lounge in MUC and CPH?

Which is better the Senator/Scandanavian lounges or the business class lounges at these airports?
