When I spoke to the support desk, they told me that I would not be able to pull the reservation up online if it has no USAIR segments. Apparently, there is some restriction that will not send e-mails or allow you to pull up partner award reservations online. I usually treat the agent advice with a healthy does of skepticism, but I they may be right on this one...
