Why won't US send me an email confirmation?
I made a reservation (partner award) over the phone on Thursday night. The agent told me I would receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. That seemed like a long time to me but I just figured that was what they told people...and assumed it would come within the hour like on other airlines. No dice. 36 hours later I called in again asking about my email confirmation. I was told they would put it in the queue again and that I should receive it shortly. It is now another 36 hours later and still no email. I'm new to booking with US, but they sure don't seem like they have it together. Do they normally take several days to send out a confirmation?
