Cranberry Twp. has been tough to get around in lately because of the construction (they've just completed the I-79 - PA Tpk connector). I was just through there and the construction seems to be done except for the Tpk on ramp from US 19 heading north. The traffic issues have been greatly alleviated (it was a nightmare almost 24 hours a day).

From what I've heard of locals who have had relatives stay at that property, things have been solid there for quite some time. I wonder how business has been with the huge new Marriott that recently opened up on the other side of US 19?
