Swiss do respond to both praise and criticism

VC10 Boy do you have any kind of status with M&M? If so then your membership line will accept comments or emails

Last time I made a complaint Swiss sent me a bottle of grappa to apologise. Rather bizarre, but that's what I love about Swiss

As a former BA loyal pax (and still a GGL) I can recommend Swiss - they really do go the extra mile for their best customers
