But, to be fair I've had many negative experiences with BA:
- flights cancelled and routes cut
- poor customer care experiences
- complete unflexibility with schedule changes leading to me having to rebook
- poor service onboard (sometimes)
- little flexibility with economy tickets
and now to add to the list surly check-in agents who are pedantic about a kilo overweight.
obviously as an AF/KLM Gold Elite+ member and Diamond Club Gold, I am probably a bit biased since I chose long ago not to give my money to Willie Walsh....
You must just be jinxed, given how little you fly BA yet have all these issues!! Do you post on BA97.com? If so I shall ensure I avoid any future BA flights you have!!!
