Best bet is to get the Hhonors credit cards - an Amex and a Visa. I figure they still have bonus offers of 7500 and 10000 points just for getting them. Then, if you get one before the end of the year (or already have one) buy as many savings bonds as you can (after Dec. 30 you can't use a credit card anymore).
