A bold statement indeed.
But, to be fair I've had many negative experiences with BA:
- flights cancelled and routes cut
- poor customer care experiences
- complete unflexibility with schedule changes leading to me having to rebook
- poor service onboard (sometimes)
- little flexibility with economy tickets
and now to add to the list surly check-in agents who are pedantic about a kilo overweight.
obviously as an AF/KLM Gold Elite+ member and Diamond Club Gold, I am probably a bit biased since I chose long ago not to give my money to Willie Walsh....
