Frontier seat pitch is 34", more than anyone else without paying a premium. Once you reach Ascent status (20,000) your baggage is free and you can preserve any seat. Exit seats on F9 generally have more legroom, especially the window seats on 319 aircraft. You can also purchase fares that included free baggage and free TV for not much more than the cheapest fares. I disagree that mileage redemption is terrible. I've never had a problem confirming an award seat, even at the last minute. Frequencies are bound to increase now that Republic is the new owner.
