No, this is an honest to goodness TK flight operated by TK. There's no translating involved. Either TK will pay for Aeroplan miles for this fare or they won't.
My guess is that it would be a 70% fare class. If you look at the NZ fare class list it singles out the ones that don't give any miles and I don't see that on the TK page.
Looking at other airlines' accrual charts its all over the board. United gives 100%, US gives 50%, some airlines give zero. I wonder if United intentionally charges little for their points to make their program attractive or if Thy is in the middle of updating their accrual agreements and they just haven't finished cutting back on all of them. I recall most fare classes used to be 100% on Aeroplan until recently and now they're down to 70%
