If it is W according to TK then you need to know what fare class this translates to in AC world. It is similar to how an AC A fare isn't an A fare on most other airlines.

My guess is that it would be a 70% fare class. If you look at the NZ fare class list it singles out the ones that don't give any miles and I don't see that on the TK page.
