I have to say as a regular DL flyer, I was completely shocked to be offered a REAL towel (vs the very thin, disposable towels on DL) in CO's domestic FC. While Im almost certain it was the FA on my flight who was so diligent, we received hot towels after takeoff and prior to landing! Wow! Is that normal?! CO really has the hot towel service down pat...US Airways cant ever seem to come up with any consistency and both DL and US serve them cold or half-dry.
