I love flying down to SAT and have stayed at this property a few times, each time being upgd'd to the "exec" floor. Agreed, the hotel is nothing special and worth it only for rates under $80 a night. The BBQ joint there, Tex's, actually serves pretty good food; have eaten there 3-4x in the past year and a half and was pleasantly surprised.

After staying at the Wyndham St. Anthony's recently, though, I doubt I'll be back at the Hilton SAT anytime soon unless the $$$ diff is too great.
