To use the Galleries lounges in T5 you have to have a BP for a T5 departing flight. Flight connections check your onward BP to stop you doing this.
PS whether you can use Arrivals Lounge depends on the time you arrive at LHR. The lounge closes at 14:00 and the staff start tidying up well before that!
