As many are aware, the marriott group supposedly has higher audit standards and maintains strict compliance from franchises.
While relevant, it is just plain wrong. Notice that the newspaper writer did not say that the suit was lodged against Marriott -- suing a newspaper requires a very high standard of proof, and yet, the writer did not say it was against Marriott because it was wrong to do so and secondly, because it certainly would have required a retraction. The title is incorrect, misleading and potentially defamatory if not corrected.
