Aeroplan doesn't list fare code "W" anywhere in the Turkish Airline page. It's a good fare so I suspect it only earns 70% if it earns anything at all but I wouldn't be surprised if it earned 0% either. But the aeroplan page doesn't list any fares as being ineligible or earning 0% so that seems strange too.
