I'm thinking Biz Class to either HKG or TPE.( maybe ICN) Never been to either-Whatever I can get tickets for

looks like some available to HKG either on
CX521 or CX451 for 12/25 depart and return 12/26 on CX508.
Would 1 day be sufficient to get a taste of HKG or would 2 be better?
I see return availability on 12/27 as well either CX450 or CX508

Good waste of orphan miles????
Is Biz class on CX special? Never flown CX( should I bother with looking at JAL flights?)
Any point in taking the 1 stop? looks like it stops in TPE, can you deplane there? Lounge access for traveling in Biz?
