I had originally typed my response - 50K points using the ACAQ Promo and the Best Rate Guarantee for under 100 bucks and my strategy for it, but then I deleted it because I don't think its necessarily a good idea to post our stays and what we've done and how we've done it because I'm sure Hilton people read this site this is a really great method to get super-cheap hotel stays when you get your 50 bucks back from them.

In it's initial roll-out, I'm sure they're reading these sites and making certain that their hotels will be in compliance very soon. They're probably willing to spend the 50/stay to find out where their problems are (by monitoring claims and websites like this) and then in a few months, it'll all be over once all their hotels have reached compliance levels. I would recommend that if you find a claim, you just do it on your own.

I've made 5 claims at different hotels and will get the 50K ACAQ promo for under 100 bucks, but at the same time, I'm not interested in publicizing the faults because I could benefit from these same hotels later - I was even thinking about doubling it up setting up 2 accounts and getting 100K HH points for under 200 bucks, but that's more effort than I'm willing to put forth.
