I don't know about you, but I'm around 50/50 getting a op up from C to F when on Z fares (overwater and 2 for 2 domestically on 3 cabin aircraft). I have several GS coworkers who have similar experiences. If you are GS and buy Z fares, you should get the occasional "thank you for being GS" OP up.
For this year, I'm probably closer to 100% with Z fare op ups (SYD/MUC/DME/FRA). During a couple of these trips, I was travelling with other GS and they got op uped, as well. 3 of us on the way back from MUC.
