YOW does not have a transborder lounge. In fact the transborder waiting area is so small that it creates problems when there are two or more flights departing at around the same time. The plan is to extend the transborder waiting area in the years ahead but I do not recall if there were plans to build a MLL. For domestic and international flights there are two lounges post security, a Maple Leaf and an Empress.
