I personally think this is a great idea. My company recently switched to Z fares for all international travel (business class).
I just do not see the logic of allowing a NRSA passenger to fly international first class (personally knew all people involved, and has happened numerous times) while a GS wants to use a SWU for the upgrade.
I'm not asking for something for nothing (op up), but to simply use the SWU. Fine with me to confirm day of travel.
