For me, the greatest use of it will be the large percentage of times that G bonuses or Diamond Amenity bonuses or MasterCard designations don't come through, requiring me to chase the points. This will save me having to scan the folio into a PDF to submit to my Private Line Agent. (I'm assuming agents will have the ability to view these PDF files on their end.)
I think they have access to the folio now. I never had to fax anything in to prove that the stay was charged to the MC. As a matter of fact, I have discussed individual lines on the folio with PL Agent before w/o me sending/faxing anything in.
