This will be a nice feature once it is up and running especially if it works for all Hyatt properties, even those outside of North America. Hilton folios don't tend to be available for international (outside North America) properties.

The Hyatt Vancouver e-mails me web checkout function which allows me to checkout from the room and the folio is e-mailed to me directly about an hour after check-out.
