I used "the hack" to confirm availability in Sacramento for mid-August for two rooms. Once I got the hotel info, I called HHonors because I could only book one room on-line.

The HHonors rep told me I could not reserve on-line. I told him I had twice. He did not believe me.

It works great for me!!!
