Membership to airport lounges and clubs typically run $300+. Any credit card that offers access will have an annual fee that is commensurate with the benefits. In your case, it is hardly worth the high annual fees.

That reminds me... If you're a Costco member, the Costco AmEx is a good card as it provides you cash back on all of your spending (inside and outside of Costco). Nothing beats cold hard cash.
