17A/B and 21H/J are the best E+ seats on the 777. 21H/J may be slightly better (assuming you have the configuration with crew rests seats in front of them).
Thats a big If, my FCO-IAD flight went MX both out of IAD on Mon and then again at FCO
I was OpUped but when I went for a walk I noticed that 21H (my original seat) was just a reg seat as that 777 didnt have the crew rest seats on it
When I checked out my Outbound last week since I had 17G but was also OpUped, I did see the great amount of room by 21H-J
That said since switching seems to be done at times, Id rather grab 17G then 21H only to find out Im on a 777 w/o the crew rest seats and now sitting in a reg seat, even thou its E+
