Just came back from SIN/Raffles. The benefits I received on my Virtuoso booking seemed to extend further than those above. In addition I received free minibar and free wireless internet. Also the in-room breakfast was also free (as opposed to "in-restaurant" only).

May have just been my luck, or maybe standard benefits not advertised.
