To those who may have taken my comments out of context, please accept my apologies.
My previous post was intended as genuine gratitude at the OP for highlighting what is potentially something which may be considered as unfair to other Executive Club members. I receive feedback from customers both publicly and privately if they feel that there is an element of inconsistency in our processes. This was one of those issues where I have received feedback from both sides and that said, I will consider offline what is the best solution for ALL of our members.
