The bins are small, but they can hold some bags.
CRJ-700 and CRJ-200 are two aircraft that come to mind. Actually any 2+2 seating CRJs that UAExpress has flown in the past 5-10 years..

Typically, it will be about 6 inches tall when filled, and 12 inches wide. Depending upon the opening size of the bin in question, it will slide in through the opening and then down into the bin.

I take it that a typical computer bag (not wheeled kind) is too fat to get into the bin?
