Show your TG connecting flight info at HKG and allow CX to through check your bags to HKT. You just need to pass through airside passport control in BKK, and collect your BP at BKK for the onward flight to HKT.

CX flights are rarely delayed that much for you to misconnect anyway.

You will clear customs at HKT airport.
