You cannot access the lounge on arrival. It is inside security. You will need to take the free shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 5 (Delta) to make your connection.
No lounge access for Y, but if you have a Delta Reserve AmEx card or a true AmEx Platinum card, you will be given access when you check in at Delta.
