as a 1P/1K, do you earn a TOTAL of 250% RDM bonus or 300% RDM bonus with the flights booked in A? I'm assuming it's 250% - 100% flight credit, 100% elite bonus, and 50% A-fare bonus - but I just want to make sure it's not (100% + 50%) x 2 = 300% with the elite bonus included. Thanks!
