GOI-DEL nonstop: Which would you choose?

Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of booking a one-way flight for my family from Goa to Delhi in January, just after New Years. It looks like tickets are going quickly, so I need to act fast. Both Indigo and Kingfisher have nonstops that will work for our timings; the Indigo is pricing in at Rs.7228 while the Kingfisher (Red I assume) is Rs.8329. We'll probably have overweight baggage-- the Indigo allowance is 5kgs less than any of the other carriers we're taking within India (and much less than the international carrier), so I'm expecting we'd have to pay up to Rs.500pp for that, bringing the two tickets pretty close in price.

Any opinions on which carrier to choose? I've read past threads and seen conflicting info on which would be more likely to have fewer delays/problems.
