) and i am a fairly big guy, about 6ft and I have flown 2 class 777, 16C from ORD-SFO and was fine. Will have about 5 inches of seat belt leash left when buckled in.

How is 17A for this transpac flight? I see this as the shortest pt to pt from mainland US to NRT, and looking at 10 hours flight time max in coach on the way over, and around 8-9 hours on the way back to SEA. Will have plenty of entertainment, Ipod (with kindle), PSP, DS Lite, and the movies.

17A/B and 21H/J are the best E+ seats on the 777. 21H/J may be slightly better (assuming you have the configuration with crew rests seats in front of them).
