I agree with you BB on the fact that lounge access without travelling is a great idea. It is especially handy when sending off friends, families or even holding last minute business meetings. I don't recall having any $ certs/FREE car rental certs for being a EP. The noticable difference for me being an EP from GLD is claiming award with no capacity control and 100% upgrade success rate.
