Absolutely not.
DL's upgrade priority takes into consideration several criteria, NONE of those factors include name.
Edit:
Once your reservation is ticketed, your upgrade will be cleared based on:
- Your confirmation window (Your Medallion Level)
- Availability
- Fare class (*Delta Reserve American Express)
- Time of request
