A big thumbs up for the Diamond Desk, though. After a week of no response from the Hilton New York, I emailed my list of problems to the Diamond Desk (late last night, after my previous post here). When I checked my email this morning, I had a response from the Diamond Desk two hours later, saying that they would follow up with the hotel and get back to me as soon as they respond. In the meantime, the Diamond Desk went ahead and took care of the missing points.
