I had the same problem with my sister in law. She lives in Rio. Flew AF GIG-CDG. Used her maiden name. Didnt have a problem making the flight. But no credit. She doesnt speak much english so sent me all the documents. I mailed it in with a letter. They credited her. I warned her in the future the name on the ticket must match the FF account.
