I admit, it is kind of clear however, I will try... I got the baggage today, after 12 days, and further mistakes from local KLM operators.
The problem was that the tag got lost and the baggage was found on the 20th of Aug., 7 days after my arrival.
Soooo... if they don't give me status miles they can keep the bonus miles for themselves, have enough miles, want a real compensation if compensation has to be...
