I don't appreciate honesty, I expect it. And I really, really disagree with giving kudos to and airline JUST because they did what they were supposed to do: being honest (see statement before).

Kudos? Clapping of hands? How does not complaining equate to either? I too expect honesty. And with the airline industry I appreciate it because they have such a long history of dishonesty that I find it refreshing to hear the truth. And as far as "DL apologist". I am speaking about any airline not just Delta. I never said give praise to DL just rather not to complain. And as far as "once"... how many times does a child do good before you give him his first praise. Quite OT, I know and I reiterate "I never clapped or gave kudos to anyone". I was glad the pilot was honest. How is this so evil?
The airline screwed up and the pilot was honest about it. What is the big "apology"?
