I emailed the same question to HHonors about a week ago, and they answered that besides the letter with both our signatures requesting the Mutual Account, you should enclose either a copy of your marriage license, or utility bill, or perhaps a credit card bill (with the account number, and charges blacked out), as long as it shows BOTH your names on it.
