I suppose that when one does an actual search, the results state that the flight offered is operated by Aer Lingus, but, still, I would expect a bit more clarity in the marketing.
I agree completely. I got very excited about this when I saw the Travelzoo email and the it took some digging to realize this was just the codeshare that had been discussed earlier. UA is really trying to hide the fact that they don't operate the route and should be more upfront about what is going on.
