Although I am a HH D, I never get promotional email, just my monthly account statement. I have checked the appropriate boxes, but oh well! having seen what happens when you do get these kinds of emails, maybe I am better off not receiving them, per se, maybe my info is not on that database

Whatever the situation, thats an appaling standard of work, and unfortunatly illustrates the standard of some Hilton properties and services.

Maybe if there are enough complaints eventually someone will wake up and smell the coffee.
