Has any received any automated phone calls from LAN that didn't pertain to them?
This has happened to me about 8 -10 times now, 4 times today alone about 15 minutes apart. The others were maybe 15 days ago.
The message is an automated voice alerting me that a flight XXX from Santiago to Madrid has changed times. The only problem is that I don't have any reservation for that flight, nor have I ever flown that route.

I do have a future reservation on LAN for MIA-LIM-MIA. So today after the 4th call I called their customer service but didn't get anywhere. They didn't know what to do other than say they were sorry.

It kind of worries me that their systems are messed up enough to cross data. This has also happened on their website a few times where all of the sudden someone else's info shows. I've had it on the seat assignment page. Of course I put them in the middle seat! :-)

These instances are irritating and somewhat harmless, but I worry about the likely hood of a major security breach.
