I had 2 rooms for 4 nights each booked as 4 separate 241s at an HI in the UK last month, and when we checked out, they did it all on one bill. No surprises, when the stay posted it posted only once, as a single 2 night stay on my wife's account. The other 3 reservations were showing as non-qulaifying with 0 points. So it was showing as 4 stays - 2 on my account, both 0 points, 2 on my wife's account, 1 with ~6k points (plus bonusses) the other with 0 points.

Now, after several emails, they have finally fixed things (no response at all initially) - in a very favorable way. So, now in addition to the activity described above (which is still on the account) I have 2 "adjusted stays" each with ~1500 points (plus bonusses) and my wife has one of the same - so we are up 4500 points + bonus, which with double points, plat bonus, etc amounts to an extra ~10k points.

All-in-all, most satisfactory !
