Pre-paid room, no show, why shouldn't I get points?
I reserved a room pre-paid, and ended up not using it. I didn't call to cancel it, figuring that I wasn't getting a refund. I realize that I didn't check in, but shouldn't I be able to get credit for the points and the night for status reasons?
