Not sure this is possible. I believe you have to have an open account at the time the flights are taken. If your AS account had been open when you took the DL flights, and you had just forgotten to give DL your AS number, you'd have no problem submitting for credit, but I don't think AS accepts retroactive credit requests.

Some programs do (Amtrak Guest Rewards accepts, IIRC, travel up to either 30 or 90 days before your account is opened), but I'm pretty sure AS doesn't.

Still, it'd be worth a try--you never know! Just don't be surprised if they don't post.
